| How does it work? |
| The mentor spends one half day a month with the client. Experience has shown that in the early stages of the relationship these are very focused sessions but as the relationship builds the sessions become more strategic. The mentor is always available on the end of the telephone if there is an immediate need for assistance. However, you always remain in control. We advise. We don't instruct. |
