Hounslow for Business (HfB) will work in partnership with you to help identify your business idea and any associated learning needs. We will explore with you the level of support you need to achieve your goals and work in a responsive way to ensure that you receive the most appropriate help. But HfB may also refer you to other support organisations if we cannot meet your needs.
Our Commitment to you :
- HfB will only employ professionally accredited business advisors (BA's)
- BA’s will present themselves in a professional and business like manner
- We will provide a service based on your individual needs
- The initial business advice will always be FREE; most of our business products are free to all and you will not be expected to make any payment
- If the particular business product you require is provided for at a charge this will be made clear to you before you commit yourself
- The service will be confidential
- The BA’s will provide you with accurate and up to date information
- The advice you receive will also be impartial
- With your agreement, BA’s will also sign-post you to other organisations who may offer services better suited to your needs
- We will always endeavour to find you the first available appointment
Note:
HfB operates on Tuesday and Fridays from the Hounslow Council Civic Centre between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm
Your Commitment to HfB:
- If you can’t make a appointment please call 0845 330 9105 or the adviser direct at least, where possible, 2 working days in advance
- If you do not show up for an appointment and do not call in advance, HfB reserves the right not to arrange further appointments
- For any Actions that are agreed at the business advice session you agree to complete as much as possible in advance of the next meeting
